SRC (proto-oncogene, non-receptor tyrosine kinase) belongs to the Src family of kinases (SFKs). This gene is located on human chromosome 20q11.

SRC (proto-oncogene, non-receptor tyrosine kinase) controls early HIV-1 (human immunodeficiency virus 1) infection post-entry. This gene participates in fundamental physiological and pathological processes like carcinogenesis and tumor progression. Src kinase activity helps in the migration of endothelial cells.

Supplied in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM glutathione, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.25 mM DTT, 0.1 mM PMSF, 25% glycerol.

After opening, aliquot into smaller quantities and store at -70 ℃. Avoid repeating handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
