The three main conjugation approaches reported in literature are conjugation using glutaraldehyde as a linker, conjugations with carboxylic acid containing molecules by using 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC) coupling, and direct conjugation with isothiocyanates bearing molecules. |
