| General description【一般描述】 | A cell-permeable cinnamoyl compound that reversibly inhibits P-gp (P-glycoprotein) efflux function and reverses the MDR (multidrug resistance) phenotype with no noticeable effect on P-gp expression. Shown to significantly enhance Paclitaxel- (Cat. No. 580555) and Vincristine- (Cat. No. 677181) induced cytotoxicity as well as apoptosis in P-gp expressing KBV20C cells. |
